Thai Lawyers for Human Rights (TLHR) report on the post-coup human rights situation in Thailand

Last year, on May 22, the military staged a coup that overthrew the elected government of Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra.

One year after the coup on 22 May 2014, the Thai Lawyers for Human Rights (TLHR) launches a report “Human Rights One Year After the 2014 Coup: A Judicial Process in Camouflage Under the National Council for Peace and Order.

The Thai Lawyers for Human Rights (TLHR) was established to provide legal aid and assistance to those, whose rights violated after the 2014 military coup, and to monitor and document information of post-coup human rights situations.
