Ms. Corinna  Lopa has been the Regional Coordinator of the South East Asian Committee for Advocacy (SEACA) since late 2006 to the present. Based in Manila, Philippines, SEACA is a sub-regional civil society resource organization that focuses on capacity building and networking towards effective civil society engagement with the ASEAN on people’s issues and campaigns.  Over the last 14 years, SEACA has done its capacity building work in 11 countries in South East Asia namely, in Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia,  Lao, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and the Thai-Burma border, Timor Leste, and Vietnam. SEACA has been serving as the Co-Convenor of the SAPA Working Group on ASEAN of the Solidarity for Asian Peoples’ Advocacies (SAPA).
